Main Job Duties:
- Reviews & designs the policies & procedures of the organization to ensure the full alignment with the local law & regulations.
- Handling and reviewing company legal activities including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents, and various regulations
- Identifying and addressing potential legal issues and risks for current activities, operations and strategic initiatives and manages litigation
- Representing the company before all governmental and public bodies concerning obligations, rights, contracts, and legal procedures related to the company's business
- Ensuring compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with all teams in case they require legal support or advice for handling business
- Reviewing any complaints and inquiries that are sent to the Legal department
- Carrying on the required legal investigations and takes whatever procedures, recommendations, or decisions according to the labor law and the company’s policy
- Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for contracts to draft for employment and other related matters
- Reviewing and providing opinion on the structuring of the new business transactions & related documentation
- Providing legal advice to the management, different business units, and branches on International, Egyptian Commercial Business Laws, labor laws etc. and provide legal guidance
- Completing all procedures with a commercial register, and general authority for investment -GAFI- and preparation and registration of the General Assembly meeting and the minutes of the board of directors
Bachelor’s degree in LawMaster of Laws (business law/corporate law/commercial law) is preferredExperience 13+ years of relevant experience preferred Real EstateProven professionality in handling lawsuits and litigationsExperience in reviewing legal letters, contracts, and agreements and monitoring legal obligations under agreementsExcellent command of the English and Arabic languageExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and Strong Negotiations and Leadership skillsExcellent organizational skillsVery good documentation skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and accuracy and attention to detail
