Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Standardize and implement project management processes and methodologies tailored to manufacturing environments
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and company Objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, manufacturing and operations, to drive the successful execution of projects
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring efforts for large-scale initiatives
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers overseeing manufacturing projects
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout project execution
- Facilitate communication and reporting between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)3+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles within a manufacturing environment, with proven delivery of large-scale projectsStrong engineering background, with in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and systemsStrong knowledge of Lean principles and project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)Extensive experience managing complex, high-budget, and high-visibility projects from initiation to completionExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage senior leadership and stakeholdersProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, production, and quality teamsPreferred Certifications:PMP (Project Management Professional)Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt)PRINCE2 or other PMO-related certificationsExperience with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
