- Retrieve all confirmed bookings through our online system and recheck all booking details (Hotel name – Hotel address – Number of PAX – In & Out – Room category and view – Number of rooms).
- Reconfirm these reservations with our suppliers or with the hotels directly.
- Update vouchers with HCN.
- Revise status of all bookings.
- Solve guests' complaint in timely manner, within and after stay.
