Lead Management Specialist - Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to homeowners daily.
  • Build quick rapport and create trust with leads.
  • Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline carefully.
  • Keep detailed notes and stay organized using our CRM system (REsimpli).
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to help close deals faster.


 What You’ll Need:Strong spoken English (near-native level).1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.Confident handling outbound calls and conversations.CRM experience (any system like GoHighLevel, Mojo, or similar).A stable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a reliable laptop.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hunger to grow. This role is fully remote, and we work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
