- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving production processes to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in the mattress production line.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.5–7 years of experience in a production role, preferably in furniture, mattresses, or foam industries.Familiarity with mattress manufacturing machinery and materials is a strong plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and production planning.Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Strong leadership and organizational skills.
