Real Estate Lead Manager / SDR 
(Full-Time, Remote - Professional English Speaker Only)

  • Location: Remote (Work on EST hours)
  • Salary: $1,750–$3,500/month base + $50–$100 commission per deal closed
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST + weekend text availability

  • We're looking for an experienced, emotionally intelligent, and technically sharp Lead Manager / Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our high-performance team.
  • This role is 100% remote, but the work is fast-paced and full-time—requiring native-level English fluencysuperb communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people through tough decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • 60–120 high-quality calls per day to new and existing seller leads
  • Build real human relationships with homeowners—you're the voice they’ll trust
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads inside our CRM (ReSimply)
  • Stay organized: track all KPIs, update notes, and maintain lead statuses daily
  • Follow up like a pro: text, call, email, and check-in to build long-term rapport
  • Set appointments for our acquisitions team & ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Work closely with our founders to analyze leads, qualify deals, and get purchase agreements signed
  • Use tech tools like Excel, Propstream, Zillow, and our CRM REsimply daily—this is a highly organized, system-driven role
