Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales processes, supporting the sales team, analyzing sales data, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and designers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Present and explain carpet designs, techniques, and materials
- Physically handle and showcase carpets to clients (must be comfortable lifting and moving rugs)
- Manage the sales cycle from inquiry to after-sales follow-up
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-end clientele
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client needs are met
- Support visual merchandising and store events
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation and process optimization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in Sales and Sales Operations
- Experience in the carpet or furniture sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
