- Conduct market research and benchmarking across various real estate sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
- Analyze financial and operational data for property valuation, feasibility studies, and investment performance.
- Build detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, and scenario analysis. Support due diligence for property acquisitions, including reviewing leases, title deeds, and third-party reports.
- Collaborate with Field Surveys teams to gather relevant information.
- Stay up to date on real estate trends, local regulations, and macro-economic factors impacting the market.
- Performing tasks assigned by Head.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Real Estate Analyst is a must.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.A Master’s degree is a plus.Proficiency in writing English and Arabic reports.Strong proficiency in Excel financial modeling and Power Point.Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently under tight deadlines.Good communication skills in English.
