Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation if needed

Establish and maintain quality control procedures for road projects.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Experience in project managementFamiliarity with transportation planning and traffic engineering principlesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field15+ years of experience in road designExpertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (BIM is a plus)Strong knowledge of highway design standards and construction methods with different codesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent Communication SkillsVery Good English level
