Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed layouts.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams to ensure design alignment across disciplines.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Provide technical support to the site execution team and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies.
Participate in value engineering and provide design alternatives to improve project efficiency.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals and resolve technical queries.
Maintain up-to-date records of all design documentation, revisions, and approvals.
Conduct quantity take-offs and assist with material submittals when required.
Attend technical and coordination meetings.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.Minimum [X] years of experience in a technical office or design coordination role.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.Familiarity with local building codes, international standards, and construction practices.Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishing works, and material specifications.Ability to read and interpret all types of architectural and engineering drawings.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
