Our Turkey-based company is looking for a factory manager for our newly established factory in Badr City, Egypt  to produce concrete-based decorative stone

• Ensuring coordination between the units under his/her control within the factory, supervising the activities and reporting to the upper management.
• To increase the efficiency of processes in the factory, to ensure standardization, to monitor continuity in the processes that are put into operation,
• Leading all relevant improvement efforts to increase production efficiency
• Leading the development and improvement efforts in operational processes to reduce waste rates and increase customer satisfaction,
• To ensure that factory targets are achieved in the specified quality, on time and in the desired quantity, at the lowest cost, in accordance with company policies.
•  To take relevant actions regarding the daily production and shipment program,
•  Making short and long term capacity planning
• To determine the performance criteria of the personnel by following the factory production performance indicators, to follow them in accordance with the performance system, to be responsible for the achievement of the targets, to report to the upper management,
• To manage the general order and operation of the factory, production and planning processes,
•  To achieve production targets in the specified quality, time and quantity,
• To work on the healthy operation and development of production lines,
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure that downtimes remain at a minimum level
