- Oversee and manage the erection of steel structures on-site
- Supervise all site activities and ensure alignment with project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with fabrication teams and monitor delivery and installation phases
- Obtain necessary approvals from consultants and site inspectors
- Prepare and maintain project time schedules and work progress reports
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Liaise with clients and secure appreciation certifications upon project completion
- Lead the site team and ensure availability of all required tools and resources
- Deliver projects on time with quality and within the scope
- Report regularly to the Project Manager on site performance and progress
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 4–6 years of experience in steel building erectionProven experience in handling full project lifecycle from fabrication to handoverStrong leadership and time management skillsExcellent understanding of structural drawings and site execution plansAbility to manage documentation and communicate with consultants and clients effectivelyHigh commitment to safety regulations and proceduresStrong work ethic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
