- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for FM Converge applications used in treasury operations.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve functional and technical issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Support production environments, monitor performance, and manage incidents, changes, and problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and support guides.
- Participate in requirement gathering and impact analysis for new functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and security policies

Experience & BackgroundEngineer/Post Graduate with 12+ years of experience in FM Converge - Treasury Platforms.Minimum 10 years of experience in:Team managementProject managementManaging trading applications and implementationStrong business orientation and domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.Experience in product design and implementation aligned with business needs.Experience in banking production support is an added advantage.2. Leadership & ManagementProven cross-border team management experience.Strong organizational, team-building, and leadership qualities.Excellent project management skills with hands-on delivery experience.3. EducationBS/B.Tech Degree (required)MS/M.Tech (preferred)4.
