An internal sales officer is responsible for promoting and selling the products and solutions provided by the company, in addition to providing after-sales services to customers inside the exhibition. Customers must be informed of the latest offers and actively participate in activities to increase sales within the exhibition, in addition to following up on sales-related inquiries via phone or email.
Customer relations must also be maintained and developed by providing specialized support services. Care must be taken to know all information related to the products and communicate it effectively to customers, as well as offers and new products in an appropriate manner at the exhibition, and to prepare all transportation requests necessary to replenish stock.
