- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Forecast hiring needs based on workforce planning and business growth projections.
- Manage recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring processes.
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team; provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of positions.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, postings, and advertising strategies.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a professional hiring process.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to senior management.
- Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and update recruitment policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment legislation.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
