Recruitment Section Head

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on workforce planning and business growth projections.
  • Manage recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring processes.
  • Lead and supervise the recruitment team; provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of positions.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, postings, and advertising strategies.
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a professional hiring process.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to senior management.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and update recruitment policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment legislation.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
