  • Conduct research to gather insights into consumer needs, behaviors, and market trends.
  • Generate and develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Support both outbound and inbound marketing efforts by leveraging expertise in areas such as content creation, search engine optimization, advertising, and event planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to organize and implement promotional campaigns and events.
  • Work closely with marketing team members and other departments to enhance brand visibility and support overall marketing objectives.
  • Design and implement strategies to engage the target audience through appropriate communication channels, including social media, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Contribute to the analysis of marketing performance metrics (e.g., campaign outcomes, conversion rates, website traffic) to inform future strategies.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to the execution of marketing plans.
  • Handle specific responsibilities related to marketing events as assigned.

Proven track record as a marketing specialist or in a comparable role.Strong grasp of core marketing principles, including both traditional and digital strategies (e.g., SEO, social media) and market research techniques.Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and related tools.Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, marketing platforms (such as Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems), and web-based tools (e.g., Google Ads, web analytics).Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) is considered an advantage.Highly organized with keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong commercial awareness combined with creative thinking.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
