CPS, a dynamic startup consultancy firm, is looking for a driven and proactive Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help expand our innovative B2B platform and consultancy services.
About the Role:
As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our B2B platform that sells supplies to the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes). You will be responsible for managing supplier registrations, enhancing product descriptions, and increasing both our supplier base and client businesses using our platform.
Additionally, you will promote our consultancy services focused on project and product management for technology and software projects within the manufacturing industry. You’ll identify target companies, connect with decision-makers, and schedule meetings to introduce our consultancy solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive market research to identify and onboard new suppliers for our B2B supplies platform.
Managing supplier relationships, overseeing product listings, and ensuring accurate, compelling product descriptions.
Actively growing the database of HORECA sector clients by reaching out to decision-makers, encouraging platform downloads, and driving consistent usage.
Maintaining accurate account details and continuously updating our CRM system.
Identifying and contacting key decision-makers within manufacturing companies to introduce our project and product management consultancy services.
Scheduling meetings and follow-ups to present CPS consultancy solutions effectively.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales and business development activities to optimize growth strategies and results.
