Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the design team to produce high-quality interior design concepts and shop drawings.
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Dubai head-office team, architects, builders, and other professionals to bring design concepts to life.
- Stay updated with industry trends and UAE market to integrate new ideas into design practices.
- Review and approve design work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Edit and refine designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design intentions.
