- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to understand integration needs and data exchange requirements.
- Design and develop HL7 interfaces between various healthcare applications (e.g., RIS, PACS, HIS).
- Configure and customize integration engines/platforms (e.g., Mirth Connect).
- Utilize knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR) and related healthcare data exchange protocols.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for all integration components.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system administrators, and vendors.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience (typically 2+ years) working with HL7 standards and healthcare data integration.Knowledge of database concepts and SQL is beneficial.
