- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Responsible for updating Manpower Plan on spot both manually & through SAP system.
- Collect performance appraisals and ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives through data analysis and metrics.
- Ensure that probation period evaluations for the new hires are done in timely manner.
- Maintain effectiveness processes & data driven promotions & transfer through HOD communication and panel interviews.
- Conduct exits interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
Bachelor of Business Administration or AnyFMCG Background is a MUSTSAP userHR Diploma is a plus
