  • Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Responsible for updating Manpower Plan on spot both manually & through SAP system.
  • Collect performance appraisals and ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
  • Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives through data analysis and metrics.
  • Ensure that probation period evaluations for the new hires are done in timely manner.
  • Maintain effectiveness processes & data driven promotions & transfer through HOD communication and panel interviews.
  • Conduct exits interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.

Bachelor of Business Administration or AnyFMCG Background is a MUSTSAP userHR Diploma is a plus
