Executive Secretary

APEX Pharma - Egypt - Cairo
  • Manage the product management’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to product management activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for the product management team.
  • Maintain and organize documents and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track and update invoices, and financial records.
  • Draft emails, memos, and reports for internal and external communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on product management -related tasks and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in Product management "Marketing”.Experience in event planning, social media management, or content creation.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Sap User is a PlusStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
