Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality real estate leads through smart, strategic use of paid digital advertising—especially on Google Ads and other PPC platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage and scale PPC campaigns to generate high-intent real estate leads within budget.
  • Write compelling ad copy, select relevant keywords, and continuously A/B test ad creatives and landing page variations.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with business goals and market trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide insights and recommendations to improve results (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate).
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure the best possible return on investment.
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Report on KPIs and performance metrics regularly, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Support social media paid ad campaigns when needed (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for multi-channel lead generation.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and performance-driven lead generation.Deep understanding of PPC campaign management, especially for real estate or high-value industries.Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and landing page builders.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.Excellent copywriting skills for ad content, headlines, and CTAs.Knowledge of the real estate market is a major advantage.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Location: RemoteBonus Skills:Experience with automation tools like Zapier, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), or custom pixel/event tracking.Familiarity with real estate portals and digital campaign compliance in the UAE or global markets.
