Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Presence Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of social media and online digital strategies. In this multifaceted role, you will manage our internal social channels as well as those of our clients, ensuring each entity maintains a compelling, consistent, and dynamic digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Management:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand’s unique goals.Plan and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.Oversee daily management of social accounts, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with overall brand messaging.Content Creation & Curation:Collaborate with creative teams to develop and curate high-quality visuals, copy, and multimedia content.Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with key dates, campaigns, and trends.Digital Analytics & Optimization:Track performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social platform insights, and third-party analytics tools.Generate regular reports to analyze campaign performance and inform future strategy improvements.Optimize digital campaigns through data-driven insights and A/B testing.Client Relationship & Account Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media and digital strategy.Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs, communicating strategies clearly, and providing actionable insights.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to refine digital initiatives and achieve campaign objectives.Community Engagement & Trend Monitoring:Engage with online communities by responding promptly to comments, messages, and feedback.Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Monitor competitors and market trends to continually adapt strategies.Digital Presence Coordination:Oversee online presence beyond social media, including website updates, SEO efforts, and paid digital campaigns.Collaborate with the design, content, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive digital brand identity.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management and digital marketing.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple brands or client accounts.Skills:Expertise in social media platforms, content scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Personal Attributes:Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
