- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Coordinate and organize distributors and open new sales channels with retail stores.
- Ability to work with manufacturing companies to customize products under different brand names (OEM).
- Open new retail markets.
- Monitor and develop distribution channels to ensure expansion in the Egyptian market.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance evaluations.
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.Experienced sales professional, preferably with a background in mattress wholesale across various sectors.Successful previous experience as a sales supervisor or sales manager.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.
