Tele sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and successfully close sales.

Handle inquiries professionally, converting them into sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Follow up on marketing leads, nurture prospects, and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by analyzing customer preferences and usage patterns.

Introduce product upgrades, add-ons, and promotions to existing customers to maximize sales potential.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Address objections effectively, provide detailed product information, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:Proficiency in English as working languagePositive personality with excellent interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in any fieldPassion for delivering quality services Working Hour: Sun. - Thur. (12pm - 9pm); Sat. (12pm - 4pm)Coffee time: 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm. Lunch time: 5:00pm - 6:00 pm.
