- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote tourism and increase visitor numbers.
- Create and manage tour packages that showcase the best of Egypt's attractions, including historical sites, cultural experiences, and natural wonders
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract tourists to Egypt.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance related to tourism operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws related to tourism activities in Egypt.
Minimum of 10 years exprienceBachelor's degree in Tourism Management or related field.Proven experience in tourism management.Strong knowledge of Egypt's tourist attractions, culture, history, and geography.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to work irregular hours when necessary.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
