- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Providing analysis and reporting such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance
- Manage the daily operations of the company’s website, including product updates, content creation, customer service, and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement an online marketing strategy to increase website traffic and sales
- Understands search engine optimisation, customer management systems and online stores.
