Your Main Tasks:Call new leads and start meaningful conversations that build trust.Listen carefully, ask smart questions, and truly understand client needs.Update lead information in our CRM (REsimpli) and stay on top of follow-ups.Use tools like Excel, Propstream, Zillow, and CRM daily to stay organized and keep the pipeline moving.Help our acquisitions team by creating strong client relationships that lead to happy, successful deals. You’ll Be Great If You Have:Native-level English skills — you speak clearly, confidently, and sound like an American to our clients.Experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling.Strong CRM habits and comfort using tech tools (Excel, Propstream, Zillow, and REsimpli are a plus).A reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a good laptop.High energy, positivity, and excellent communication skills. This is a remote position. U.S. EST working hours apply.
