  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This includes defining target audiences, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating engaging content calendars.Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, live streams, etc.) tailored to each platform and target audience. Curate relevant content from external sources and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.Community Management: Accountable for actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and interactive online community. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.Social Listening & Trend Analysis: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and brand mentions. Analyze data and insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using platform-specific analytics tools and other relevant software. Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide insights to improve future strategies.AI Integration & Automation: Leverage AI tools for social media automation, including content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community management. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through AI-powered solutions. Stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and advancements in social media marketing.Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding social media performance and campaign updates.Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date information.Staying Current: Stay current with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
