Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels or Hospitality Management. 5-10 years of experience in food, beverage and Nightlife is a Must. Experience with relevant cuisine types, in this case Lebanese food, is very important. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to effectively manage restaurant staff.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
