  •  Overseeing the daily operations of the Lebanese restaurant.
  •  Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest concerns.
  •  Handling guest complaints in a professional manner.
  •  Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • *Food and Beverage Management: Overseeing food preparation and presentation, ensuring authenticity of Lebanese cuisine.
  • Responsible for organizing the food and beverage management menu.
  •  *Staff Management:
     Ensuring guest satisfaction with the food and service. Supervising, training, and motivating restaurant staff.
  •  Manage budgets and control costs in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager and Finance Department.
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

 Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels or Hospitality Management. 5-10 years of experience in food, beverage and Nightlife is a Must. Experience with relevant cuisine types, in this case Lebanese food, is very important. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to effectively manage restaurant staff.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
