Role Description

• Provided technical support to students in the software testing track.
• Review and assess software testing track-related assignments and projects.
• Work with instructors to resolve related technical issues.
• Develop and enhance software testing training materials with the latest technologies.
• Design and develop performance assessments for students.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to the learning experience.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest trends and technologies.
• Provide technical advice in curriculum planning.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, including student progress and training effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between management, instructors, and students to ensure effective communication of learning needs.
• Explore and recommend new educational tools to enhance training quality.
• Offer personalized support to students facing complex challenges in software testing.

 

Working Conditions

• 5 days working
• 2 days off ( Rotational )

Personal QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in training and development is a plusStrong skills in Test Management and TestingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldTechnical QualificationsProficiency in designing and executing Test Cases and Test ExecutionISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).Proficiency in various software testing methodologies (e.g., manual testing, automated testing, performance testing, regression testing).Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile testing processes.Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Expertise in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans.Knowledge of programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for test automation.Experience in Software Development
