Hiring System Engineer to take responsibility for technical services with several activities to lead successful delivery to healthcare organizations of the company clients in government and private sectors in KSA . The role is to acquire the proper resource team for an objective of a project SOW to design and implement the information system, maintain and support under a contract.

1. System Implementation & Project Execution:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the design and validation of system architectures that align with business needs.
• Assist in project planning by evaluating and validating hardware BOMs, software licenses, and network solutions in line with project standards.
• Develop system deployment strategies while ensuring scalability, availability, security, and process dependencies.
• Oversee system installation, configuration, testing, quality assurance, go-live, and operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including application specialists, project managers, and supervisors.

2. Technical Support & Maintenance:

• Provide technical support to end-users and relevant teams, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
• Monitor system performance, analyze system logs, and optimize system resources to maintain high availability and performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PPMs) as per the service management plan.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage support tickets effectively, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve hardware and software issues.

 

 

Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in software solutions implementation and support within the healthcare IT industry or a relevant IT field.Strong knowledge of backend hardware installations and configuration management (Servers, MS Server OS, VMware/Hyper-V, RAID, SAN, NAS).Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, Oracle) and tools such as PL/SQL Developer.Experience in HL7 integration, DICOM configuration, and data migration.Good knowledge of network components and system operation in production environments.Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as:Radiology Information System (RIS)Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS)Laboratory Information System (LIS)Hospital Information System (HIS)Dose Management System (DMS)Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Certifications (a plus):CCNA, MSSA, ITIL, PMPKey Skills:Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and leadership qualities.
