Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Senior OD and Recruitment Specialist to lead organizational development initiatives and effectively manage the recruitment process. This role involves enhancing employee engagement, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring alignment with our business goals.

The job description is divided into two distinct parts: Recruitment and Organizational Development (OD):
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Organizational Development Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational development initiatives to improve performance and culture.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for training and development.
- Design and facilitate workshops and programs aimed at employee skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and workforce development strategies.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD strategies on business objectives.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to talent acquisition and organizational development.
- Supporting managers in preparing policies, procedures, and forms.

A master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in OD and recruitment.
