Brand Management
- Work closely and assist the brand manager in establishing the information to be presented to customers.
- Act as a scientific guide for field force in order to ensure delivering the information of product specs to customers efficiently, and may perform some field visits for more clarification if required.
- Implement product marketing strategy to ensure brand stabilization.
- Gather, measure, analyze, and ensure brand line positioning by conducting regular visits to key customers.
- Develop and send regular analysis reports about market feedback and competition.
Event Planning
- Coordinate brand marketing events such as conferences, dinners, Group meetings, etc., and attend all the events as a scientific reference for customers.
- Communicate internally and externally to ensure that event setup and tools are executed as planned by the brand manager.
- Gather product-related scientific information to be presented to invitees through different marketing tools according to the event objective.
- Liaise closely with invitees to collect and define customer feedback and requirements through or after the event to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company on behalf of the brand manager if required.
Products Related Training
- Collect training requirements from field force and direct sales either soft skills training or product knowledge.
- Prepare and update training materials by; reviewing and gathering the proper data in order to develop the training presentation.
- Coordinate training set up and facilities which includes training location, rooms set up, and training halls rental within product manager approval.
- Conduct and present casual informal training throughout the quarter.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing.3 Experience as ABM or JBMExcellent English skills are a MUSTPresentable with high communication skills
