Art Director

Job Description: The Art Director will lead creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand vision and marketing strategies. They will manage a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually compelling designs and campaigns across various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate the visual direction for branding, advertising campaigns, and creative projects.

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and editorial teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.

Oversee the design process, providing clear guidance and feedback to the creative team.

Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.

Manage timelines and budgets for creative projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms.

Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering an innovative and productive work environment.

Participate in client presentations, pitching ideas confidently and effectively.


Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years experience in graphic design, advertising, or a related creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, strategic thinking, and successful campaigns across various media.Proficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating a creative team.Knowledge of digital and traditional media, and an understanding of current trends in visual design.Exceptional creativity and conceptual thinking skills.
