Job Opportunity: Telesales Representative – Outbound Calls

Position: Telesales – Outbound Calls

Shift Timing: (Morning or Mid shifts)

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including 1.5-hour break)
• Mid Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (including 1.5-hour break)

We are currently seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives for outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients.
• Engage with leads and effectively present product/service offerings.
• Ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism on each call.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Compensation Package:

• Basic Salary: 15,000 EGP
• Transportation Allowance: 3,000 EGP
• Adherence & Performance KPIs Bonus: 2,000 EGP
• Commission (in USD): 200-400 USD depending on performance
