- Analyze and optimize distribution routes to ensure efficient delivery of company’s products and maximum market coverage.
- Use GIS tools to map sales territories, retail outlets, and distribution points.
- Prepare and analyze sales and route performance reports using Excel (e.g., route profitability, delivery frequency, outlet performance).
- Collaborate closely with sales, distribution, and logistics teams to implement RTM strategies.
- Maintain accurate databases of customers, outlets, and delivery points.
- Identify market gaps and recommend adjustments or new routes to improve product availability.
- Support the development and rollout of new RTM tools and models in line with food industry dynamics.
- Conduct regular field visits to validate data and gather market insights.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in Route to Market—preferably in the food industry.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).Experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Understanding of food distribution dynamics, including shelf-life, cold chain, and delivery frequency. Preferred:Familiarity with FMCG and snacks retail operations.Experience working with CRM, ERP, or sales automation tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
