ECC Group is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s operational and expansion objectives.
Regularly analyze financial performance and execute plans for ongoing improvements to enhance overall financial health.
Prepare annual budgets, monitor execution, ensure alignment with financial goals, and control operational expenses to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
Identify new revenue streams, optimize pricing and financial policies, and ensure profitability through smart investment tracking and management.
Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet obligations, manage working capital effectively, and negotiate favorable financing terms with banks and investors.
Guarantee adherence to IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations; enforce fraud prevention controls, and promote financial governance and transparency.
Maintain strong communication with investors and financial institutions, provide clear financial reporting, and oversee periodic audits to ensure credibility.
Conduct deep financial analysis to support executive decision-making and offer data-driven recommendations based on economic trends and projections.
Leverage modern technologies like AI and big data analytics to enhance financial operations, reporting 
Oversee the preparation of all essential reports, including:

• Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
• Operational Reports (Expenses, Sales, Working Capital)
• Financial Analysis Reports (Ratios, Profitability, Risk)
• Forecasting & Budgeting (Financial Forecasts, Scenario Analysis, Budget Reports)
