Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of the job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Analyze workforce trends and recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing and selection processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
Sourcing and Networking:
- Identify, engage, and attract potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and enhance recruitment efforts.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement structured interview processes and competency-based assessment tools.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market.
- Create engaging content for recruitment campaigns, including social media posts, blogs, and videos.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job specifications.
- Facilitate regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment progress and challenges.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and market trends.
Use of Technology:
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Leverage data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
- Explore and implement new recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates to gather insights and improve processes.
- Develop onboarding processes that ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.
Training and Development:
- Train and support hiring managers in effective interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Create training materials and workshops to enhance the recruitment skills of internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct regular assessments of recruitment processes and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to refine and enhance the hiring process.
- Stay informed about competitive hiring practices and emerging trends in the talent acquisition field.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on diverse sourcing strategies.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Egypt.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.white, grey and blue collar hiringPreferred SkillsExperience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
