Customer Support Agent

  • Respond to customer messages via WhatsApp in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts) to resolve issues.
  • Keep organized records of customer interactions and common questions.
  • Support the marketing team by helping respond to messages and comments on social media platforms.
  • Share customer feedback and suggestions to improve content and engagement.
  • Assist in basic social media monitoring or post engagement when needed.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, with a tone and style suitable for the Gulf region. Solid background in digital marketing or social media is highly preferred.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and/or CRM systems is a plus.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
