- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed), industry networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified construction professionals (e.g., engineers, project managers, skilled laborers).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in construction recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
1-3 years of experience (construction, engineering, or related industries preferred).Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hires.
