- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Ensure proper deductions for social insurance and tax obligations.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management: hiring, contract renewals, terminations, and documentation.
- Supervise tracking of attendance, overtime, and shift schedules for different project sites.
- Manage the filing and archiving of employee documents.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Supervise monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and overtime
