Personnel Section Head

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure proper deductions for social insurance and tax obligations.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management: hiring, contract renewals, terminations, and documentation.
  • Supervise tracking of attendance, overtime, and shift schedules for different project sites.
  • Manage the filing and archiving of employee documents.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. 
  • Supervise monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and overtime

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in personnel & payroll management.5+ years in a leadership rolepreferably in a construction or large-scale companyEgyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax laws.Large-scale payroll processing and HRIS systems.HR documentation and audit compliance.
