- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and medical billing systems.- Expertise in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.- Experience in budgeting, cost reduction strategies, and cash flow management.- Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement models, payer contracts, and revenue optimization.- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or healthcare-specific systems).- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Preferred to know- Knowledge of healthcare financial analytics, AI-driven forecasting, and automation tools.- Strong understanding of medical supply chain financial management.
