Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ fit.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to track and measure recruitment success, continuously improving processes and strategies.
- Organize and attend job fairs / recruitment events.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
