Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Specialist with expertise in recruitment and training to join our Human Resources team.
With High experience in Factories (White and Blue-Collar) talents sourcing and acquiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Manage designing and arranging the onboarding plan for the new joiners with the relative hiring manager.
- Maintain the recruitment database.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Lead the arrangements of the new joiner’s facilities.
- Lead the internal moves and rotation process for the current employees.
- Facilitate the training plan implementation as a point-of-contact for the training vendors and participants.
- Maintain the training records and database.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 years experience in recruitment and employee training.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
