???? What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
✅ Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
✅ Manage budgets efficiently to maximize impact
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track campaign performance and provide insights
✅ Stay ahead of the latest trends and platform updates
✅ Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create high-performing ads
✅ Bring new and innovative marketing ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For:✔ Proven experience in media buying with a minimum of 3 years (Meta Ads expertise is a must!)✔ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset✔ Experience with A/B testing and audience targeting✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets✔ A highly interactive team player with a passion for brainstorming new marketing strategies✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills????
