Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
2. Communication Management:
• Screen and manage emails, calls, and messages for the executive.
• Draft and proofread internal and external communications.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Meeting & Event Coordination:
• Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
•Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and workshops.
4. Office Operations & Support:
• Oversee office supplies, vendors, and administrative processes.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.• Excellent command of [English & Arabic].• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.Preferred:• Experience in Real state field.• Familiarity with office management software and administrative tools.
