We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales director in sales management in terms of operations and data handling, also he/she will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient task organization, and timely reporting to drive the success of the sales teams.

- Assist the Sales director in organizing and prioritizing daily tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales strategies and objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Sales director and other sales sections and other departments.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication of sales updates, targets, and performance metrics across the organization.
- Relay instructions, feedback, and decisions from the Sales director to the relevant teams.
- Review and distribute regular sales reports, including performance metrics, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Manage the Sales director’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating critical matters to the Sales director when necessary.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role, preferably within (FMCG) a fast-paced sales environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with Analytical mindset.
