The Role:
We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer/Administrator to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that enhance business processes and collaboration. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise solutions.
- Design and implement SharePoint workflows, forms, and automation using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.
- Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and access control.
- Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance and functionality issues.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide user training and documentation on SharePoint best practices.
- Stay updated on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 advancements to enhance system capabilities.
8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, or consulting.Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server (2016/2019), and Microsoft 365.Proficiency in Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI for workflow automation and reporting.Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.Solid understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance best practices.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize SharePoint performance.Experience with integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Office 365 tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Azure services, PnP (Patterns and Practices), and SharePoint migrations.Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate).Experience working in enterprise environments with complex SharePoint solutions.
