Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the fit-out and architecture sectors.
Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with project managers to identify manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management & Training:
Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for technical and soft skills.
Support career growth initiatives to retain top industry professionals.
Payroll & Compensation:
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations and benefits administration.
Manage employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records in alignment with company policies.
Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Compliance & Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Support visa processing and work permits for expatriate employees if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the fit-out, architecture, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Experience with HR software and payroll systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment strategies for project-based roles.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong administrative skills.Preferred Qualifications:HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.Experience in handling expatriate employees' visa processing is beneficial.Understanding of health and safety compliance in the fit-out/construction industry.
